Shipping policy

Fulfillment: Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days unless noted otherwise. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped. 

Domestic: Flat rate $9 shipping on all orders in the USA. All orders shipped via USPS & UPS, depending on the weight of the package.

Returns & Exchanges: UNDER RATED LA does not offer exchanges or refunds on any product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
